What is “Delve” in Microsoft Office 365?
Delve helps you discover the information that’s likely to be most interesting to you right now – across Office 365. Find information about people – and through people – and help others find you. You don’t have to remember the title of a document or where it’s stored. Delve shows you documents no matter where they’re stored in OneDrive for Business or in Sites in Office 365.
Delve never changes any permissions, so you’ll only see documents that you already have access to. Other people will not see your private documents.
- Click someone’s name or picture anywhere in Delve to see documents they’re working on or to learn more about them.
- When you find a document you’re interested in, add it as a favorite or to a board to easily get back to it later.
Search for people, documents, or boards.
You can also find and discover information in Delve by using the options in the left pane: Search, Home, People, Favorites or Boards. To search for people, documents, or boards, simply start typing in the Search box.
- To search for people, documents, or boards, simply start typing in the Search box.
- To get a personalized and up-to-date overview of what you and people around you are currently working on, choose Home. Your Home page shows documents that are likely to be most interesting to you right now. How does Delve know what’s relevant to me?
- To get back to your favorite documents and boards, click Favorites.
Whenever you see a document in Delve that you want to save for later, click the star to add it to your favorites. You and others can also create boards to collect related documents. You’ll see all boards you’ve added documents to, or added to favorites, on the Favorites page. The Boards list in the left pane shows your most recent boards.

End of Service Announced on Microsoft SQL 2005
What does this mean? As of April 12, 2016 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is now at the end of its product support lifetime. With the end of product support, security updates and hotfixes to correct bugs discovered in the SQL 2005 software will no longer be released by Microsoft. Unfortunately that means that any software bugs not patched can be exploited and used as an open door for hackers to compromise a SQL 2005 database.
