Managed Services:

KTS offers managed services to provide peace of mind about the condition of your critical business and information systems. Let us help you maintain your critical servers by performing regular system maintenance, protection and monitoring of your critical information systems for potential issues before they flare up into major problems.

Our Server Maintenance Agreement (SMA) package is offered on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. KTS will monitor your Windows Servers to make certain that Security and Software updates are installed, that your important files and company data is backed up and available in case of catastrophe. KTS will also monitor the physical components of your servers, to help detect and resolve hardware failures and keep hardware components updated with the latest software drivers and firmware updates. Also included is the management of your security software, including Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam and Firewall maintenance and updates. Following the completion of maintenance, a status report detailing the results of the SMA will be delivered via email for your review.
